1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ibets ("ibets," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ibets.club ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ibets Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an ibets account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with the age restriction for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ibets or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ibets Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using your ibets account.

ibets reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ibets may result in account suspension or termination. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player — including any player found to be under 21 — will be forfeited in full.

3Account Registration & Security

Each eligible user may register only one (1) ibets account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your ibets account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibets account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. ibets will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your ibets account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as strongly recommended by ibets.
• Notify ibets support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your ibets account credentials with any third party.

ibets shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your ibets account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified ibets of a security breach in advance.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

ibets supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued debit cards only)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your ibets account dashboard at the time of withdrawal. ibets processes withdrawal requests in good faith and aims to complete approved withdrawals promptly, subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.

All funds deposited into your ibets account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ibets reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected. ibets is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

ibets reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals. This includes but is not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ibets offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ibets promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified ibets accounts in good standing only. Accounts under review, suspended, or self-excluded are not eligible.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ibets Platform — including live casino tables, slot games, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

ibets uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios with transparent dealing procedures and are subject to independent audit.

ibets publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games and RNG table games. These percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, ibets will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, ibets reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ibets's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting markets on ibets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. ibets reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or events that do not proceed as scheduled.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibets Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with ibets.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one ibets account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or other competitive formats.
• Money Laundering: Using the ibets Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the ibets Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to legitimate ibets transactions.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the ibets Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.

8Responsible Gaming

ibets is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines seriously.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ibets Platform — including but not limited to the ibets brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ibets or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ibets Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ibets content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any ibets software or content.

Any unauthorised use of ibets intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ibets.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ibets, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ibets Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to Platform availability.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made by ibets in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.

The ibets Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ibets makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. ibets's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ibets's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11Privacy & Data Protection

ibets collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an ibets account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

ibets collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and age verification.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and PAGCOR regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.

12Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the ibets Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting ibets support prior to the effective date of the changes.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ibets, you agree to first contact ibets customer support to seek an informal resolution. ibets will endeavour to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly, typically within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. ibets cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of player complaints submitted through official regulatory channels.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ibets from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
